So, this is just the talking heads guessing….

But, apparently it’s one of two things…

1. Promised to pay him this Summer if he left money on the table last year. But, after the tampering investigation last year and his okay play, the owner said no max money or years.

2. Told him they will trade him if he opted in, so they could get something for him. But, Morey is looking to fleece other teams.


Either way, if it ain’t in writing, didn’t happen.

I have ZERO sympathy for Morey.

Harden is the Dude who has cheated on and bailed on every girl he’s ever dated. Yet, you somehow think it’ll be different with you.

When Morey bent over for Harden by trading CP3 for Westbrook, the dye was cast on this relationship.

Pompey noted that the Sixers weren't interested in the package, however, and added that "sources have repeatedly said the Sixers are not interested in a deal involving De'Aaron Fox unless he's shipped to a third team."

Oh I completely agree. Like I mentioned in the other thread, Morey is ultimately responsible for what happens.

But Harden has been as unprofessional as it can possibly get.

If he really wanted out of Philly, he shouldn't have opted in. He's all about the money. And now that he's got it he's throwing a tantrum. Can't have it both ways.
