Meh, not really. It's about when he is healthy.

He has been healthy for 2 playoff runs. The Lakers got a title and a WCF appearance with a team that was put together at the trade deadline.

Well obviously these guys get paid based on what they are capable of. His ceiling is as high as there is, that’s why he got paid. I’d just like to see a little fire in his belly to go with the talent, would be scary if it happened more often.
