Well the GM clearly doesn't want to trade with Miami as he made very clear over the last 3 weeks

He doesn't even want to tell Miami what he wants lol

I would take Herro over Cam Johnson EVERYTIME

Not me. Cam Johnson shoots the three better, has a better EFG% and is the better defensive player.

But let’s not squabble over silly things. Cam Johnson wasn’t the best player in that deal. Mikal Bridges was. So despite the fact that I disagree we can agree that a deal with Herro as the key piece in the deal isn’t close to the value seen in that deal

As I said, other teams don’t seem to think he’s that great or they would’ve coughed up the picks to make this deal done

He’s closer to Jordan Poole than mikal bridges

I can see why Portland would want future picks instead

It also clears out future cap room to add more and contracts and picks
