Brook Lopez is a major stretch.

Very nice role player. Great fit for Milwaukee.

But KAT is more than that.

And Brook’s defense is overrated in the same way that Rudy Gobert’s was. He is an asset defensively, but he is no Bam.

Brook is certainly a much better value and fits better into a winning team thus far.

They have major culture issues in Minnesota. Put KAT in a winning environment, then it is fair to judge his ability to fit into a winner.

He hasn’t had that opportunity.

All we know about KAT is that he isn’t a franchise player.

I agree with that. At the same time, I’m taking Lopez over KAT all day long. I grant who the better basketball player is but I’m still taking Lopez on my team. I like two way players.

They were always pretenders. Maybe could have won a playoff series if they got the right matchup, but that is it.

I really thought Vucevic would have found a next gear playing around better talent like Lavine and DeRozan but some guys are just meant to be a shot taker on bad teams.
