Bourne, Ju Ju and Boutte all very similar and complimentary.
To a lesser extent Thornton who is not as shifty but has burner speed.
Then Parker who can fight for the tough balls. When healthy.

I really like this WR group. I think they are all really good receivers who complement each other with their versatility and athletic ability.

I am left wondering if bringing in DHOP is worth it getting rid of Parker or Bourne. When you value in play time, injury history, PEDs, potential future PEDs and cap hit, is there reasoable value with DHOP?

Ish...

Bourne was WAY underutilized last year and offers better versatility, although that is negated by Ju Ju and Boutte.
Parker is a bit bigger and can fight for those contested catches...when healthy.

From my armchair coach view DHop is a small but not insignificant upgrade over either.
From my armchair GM view, I'm not sure he is worth it.
If I HAD to...I'd give up Parker not based on ability, but injury history.

I add Henry and Gensiki to the mix. Teams will have a difficult time matching up with these guys. If the O line can give Mac time, no reason they can't do well.

Then throw in the run game with a TE/FB Hybrid.

Yep I'm ok with this. But still have a tough schedule and the division is going to be a dog fight.

Coincidence?????

It's interesting if nothing else. Maybe it's just me but I always felt Guy was overrated.

Thornton trying to bulk up a bit, which may slow him down a bit, but...a soft tissue injury already?

He may be the one replaced...

I hope not. We released him once already. Guy has done a commendable job anchoring the D. He just redid his contract a year ago. He just needs to get into camp.

Yeah, I don't think so. Prior reports indicated he was doing super at OTAs, I doubt the muscle gained slowed him down all that much.

Robinson being cut adds $1.2M to the cap this year and $2.8M next March. He had a 2 year $4M contract.

Bill now has $15.1M cap space. Anyone thinking what I'm thinking??
