My biggest complaint is simple

The game was made for big people and the nba keeps changing the rules to make it worse for the people the game was invented for

It’s like mlb trying to hit less home runs

The game wasn’t made exclusively for big people.

That was just how it was played before coaches figured out how to make it better.

Used to be you couldn’t win without an elite center. Now there are a lot of ways to win.

And Jokic has proven you can still play through a superstar center.

Game is better than ever.

They’ve made it worse with this we need to make it easier for short people bs

There’s a guy on Sixers Twitter who had a photo of him and other pall bearers in his father’s funeral on his Twitter page. Nuggets fans dug that up and have been using it for months talking about Embiid injury and Embiid playoff exit. The Nuggets fans were more than just “not innocent”. They’ve acted this way for the last 3 seasons. And then when Perk made his comments, Malone and Nuggets fans started clutching their pearls over a “toxic narrative.” It had been toxic for 3 years but when their guy wasn’t winning the straw poll anymore that’s when it became some problem in their eyes.
I’ve lived in both PA (granted not Philly) and CO. Trust me in trash talking and trash throwing, Philly KOs CO in round 1! :)

That is not at all what has happened.

And by the way, you still have to be big.

But you have to be incredibly skilled and athletic also.

That’s exactly what happened

Made for tv gimmick 3 pt line

Allowing carrying and traveling on every play

Making defensive rules easier for smaller people

The game was made to put the ball in the basket. You can do that being big and close to it, or smaller and far away. ISO ball is boring.

Just how many people are on your lawn right now? Maybe they should go back to outlawing dunking too?

Offense obviously need to be better. Target mark to give them a legit chance at winning should be at least 13 made threes & 105+ points.
Agreed. Their only shot is to somehow shoot lights out for the next 3 games.

Sure, it would be nice to be at full strength, but putting Herro in means taking out a better defender most likely. There are negatives to playing Herro to consider. Is he playing over Martin? Vincent? Robinson? Those guys have all had their moments as well. Not as consistently as previous rounds, but Denver doesn't have anyone like Marcus Smart just leaving shooters wide open consistently.

"I don't care." - @fightinfunbags

It's obvious you're not afraid to talk the talk, but when the outcomes doesn't play in your favor, you whine about it profusely. A Lot like your boy Embiid himself.

How is Embiid doing, btw?

Sure hope that MVP was fulfilling, because the other guy is one win away from a ring. And Harden can bold back to Houston, therefore Embiid can go continue to bitch that "his teammates aren't good enough".

The difference between Embiid and Jokic has been abundantly obvious since 2018 (except for a few "Process" nutlickers). Attitude. Embiid has a for-shit attitude and so little between the ears.

That's not "being opinionated". Those are just facts. The Nuggets will hoist the trophy next week while Embiid will continue to wallow in mediocrity, and really his own doing.

Cry more, hypocrite.

Someone doesn't understand the meaning of mediocrity. Doesn't apply to MVPs.

Strus or Robinson arent better defenders than Herro. He's better than Duncan and same as Strus
