If Bill reverts to 205-2010 He'll wait until Thursday and pick from all of "rest of the bunch". Looking for cheap fills .

If he won't pay $16+M for McGlinchey, what are the chances that he'd pay $20+M for Orlando Brown?

JG signed with the Raiders pretty cheap. 3 Years/$67.5M or $22.5m A YEAR.

Reakwon McMillan and Johnathan Jones are back. That's a start.

C'mon Bill, give us something. CB, Safety, WR, OT anything. Show us that you're at least alive.

WTF?

Not that he traded him but one would think he could've gotten more than a 7th? BB seems to take it in the shorts on some of his trades?

Not sure if teams don't want to trade with him, or he tries to butter the other team up for future deals?

If he manages CB, WR or S, we have to assume O line draft will be prioroty and I can see him taking as many as three or two and a blocking TE

Atlanta ate his guaranteed salary.

There is that.

But cap wasn't a real concern. Hopefully Bill has his eyes on one or two high priced FAs?

NE still takes it in the jaw with the Johnu dead cap.

why?

Among the teams that "won" the 2022 offseason were the Denver Broncos, New York Jets and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. By January, those three had a fired head coach, a failed franchise quarterback and a sad Tom Brady, respectively. And they combined for zero playoff wins.

Also, remember this: The most needle-moving trades of the 2022 offseason were the Commanders getting Carson Wentz, the Chargers acquiring Khalil Mack, Cleveland securing Amari Cooper, Denver getting Russell Wilson, Indy getting Matt Ryan, Vegas trading for Davante Adams, Miami getting Tyreek Hill and the Eagles getting A.J. Brown.

Eight deals. Six of those teams didn’t make the playoffs. Miami did make the playoffs with the same record it had in 2021 (9-8) and was one-and-done. A.J. Brown was a godsend for Philly.:suds:

Is BOB allowed to provide input yet? Could this be part of the holdup or is BB biding his time?

this sucks

Raiders signed WR Jakobi Meyers, formerly of the Patriots, to a three-year contract worth $33 million.

Meyers, one of the top receivers in free agency, will get $21 million guaranteed. Meyers’ 2022 campaign wasn’t dramatically different than the previous two seasons. He had a similar average depth of target, yards per route run, and yards per catch. In the context of the miserable 2022 New England offense, Meyers’ production (67 catches for 803 yards and six touchdowns) was impressive. In Vegas, he'll function as the clearcut No. 2 receiver behind target hog Davante Adams. Meyers will likely see ample usage in the slot as a Raider. He could suffice as a decent WR3 for fantasy purposes in 2023.

Good for him. I wish him all the best.

I really thought he was going to get more than that. I wonder what or even if the Patriots offered him….
