Though- to be fair- no way id give Tucker a 3 year deal at almost 10 mill a year.....unless I guess I was over the cap and going for it before my team got old and irrelevant.

No. I didn't pick those sources to make comparisons. The issue is you telling me to stop reading "shit" in your words and then of course, as I stated, you provided the correct sources as Woj and others.

I don't post something to see if its legit if I already know it is and if it's from Oram or Shelgourne...it normally is,
I think his point is- Oram could just be parroting what the organization is telling him. I dont think there has ever been a time in the last few years the Lakers have admitted how much of a role the Rambi have had- and I would expect them- whether its true or not- to continue to discount it publicly considering how much backlash they have received about it.

there is pretty much no circumstance the team is going to say- yah both Kurt and his wife are still very active in personnel decisions.- even if they still were.

You often quote Woj as a reliable source. He is not directly associated with the Lakers in the same fashion is Oram or Shelbourne, yet you readily disseminate what he has to state.
He's the best insider guy in the NBA. You don't have to be a Lakers beat reporter to have the best info on the Lakers.

You need the best sources.

Well, if you are going to post from questionable sources as if those sources are legit, you probably shouldn't be surprised when someone points out that they got something wrong.

what are the Heat gonna do?

looks like they just lost Tucker with no cap space to replace him. They drafted a player they are going to stash overseas.

resign Oladipo? Do they have Bird Rights on him?
'Dipo might head to the Kings to get a prominent role for the short term to get an eventual long term deal.....according to a Tweet posted earlier.

The Cavs really dont need much beside a backup point guard....if Sexton leaves they need LeVert to step his game up and to sign a real backup point guard like Tyus Jones. IF Sexton stays....then just sign a guy and a wait for Rubio.

If Sexton leaves, and they dont extend LeVert......there might be an interesting move or two next offseason, lol.

Honestly- I cant decide which I want to happen.

At least their info comes from the team and they are considered credible. No one in SoCal pays attention to Plaschke anymore and the other sources were fan sites. Plaschke was the one who started the Rambi stuff and he hasn't been considered legit since at least the Kobe/Pau Lakers.

I wonder what the Heat will do.

losing Oladipo, Tucker, not having a first round pick that will contribute, and Butler and Lowry getting older- in an East that is just getting better- doesnt seem to be a great way to follow up the season.

ya never know though- if they dangle Herro trading for a Mitchell might be possible. With Kyrie opting in the Durant dream withered on the vine.

What do you think of the Cavs taking Evans brother. I was hoping they'd at least consider that.

I am not surpirsed when someone refutes them. I usually pursue the issue to the evidence leads to the reality based-conclusion. Lakeshow life was right about the Lakers and the AD trade way back when. Laker Nation and the the Lakers webpage endorsed by the NBA were also right. I distinctly remembering having a discussion with you and others about all of the young talent we were giving-up and all of the draft capital we forfeited. We hashed that out until the evidence-based consensus emerged. Now all of sudden, I get this stern rebuke from you to stop reading that "Plaschke bullshit". And because you know the truth to be otherwise, the post stood.

Herro makes just under 6 mill, Mitchell makes substantially more.

who knows with Tucker though- from what I have read- sounds like its Philly- but 3 million difference is very small- in fact- no Florida income tax just about makes up for it. I dont see why he would leave for the same exact money- but we shall see. Just going on what I have read.

it would be interesting to hear Tuckers rationale if he does leave- considering the money is practically identical.

theyd have to have Duncan in there--- all though the Jazz may balk at that.

considering Ducan kind of played himself off the court in the playoffs- his value isnt especialyl high right now- especially considering he has a boatload of years and cash still left on his deal.

Plaschke was a good reporter and columnist back in the day.....now he's all about being a celebrity on Around the Horn.

Them and everyone else.

This has nothing to do with anything I posted.
So if those "illegitimate" souces were/are right about stories along with everyone else as you claim, then why are you now condemning them to be void of any reality-based evidence? You obviously missed the point I was making about a process so I'll just let that go at this point.

You really can't figure that out? Really?

They were right because everyone else knew and they went along with what everyone else was saying. It didn't take any investigation or even talking to anyone. They just had to repeat what everyone else was saying.

Plaschke was the only one spewing the Rambi stuff until LakeShowLife and Stephen A repeated it. Cowherd used to say it too, then he had Oram on and hasn't said it since.
