Curry was box office.

Agreed. He was punished for a couple of reasons:I don’t agree with that.
There were legit questions about Curry as an NBA player.
Most assumed he was going to at least be solid, but he didn’t have much experience playing point at high levels and his ability to guard his position was always in doubt.
He was great in college, but Jimmer like outcomes were always a possibility for Curry.
Sigh…
look at what he did with TRIPLE TEAMS and NO TALENT on the perimeter my guy.
No one is disagreeing with you, I'm just saying there have been more hyped players pre-draft. Like a kid named LeBron for example. Zion too.Of course I can, Curry’s hype was warranted obviously.
Kid could ball, like I said. Anyone watching him could see it.
@thunderc
Yeah, unless the Clippers go to complete shit in 2023 or 2025, we might be done.
Why would you swap picks unless we finished behind you?
ETA: Yeah, clearly I can't read.
2024 and 2026.
But, we will have a pick in 2023 and 2025.
The L.A. Clippers have acquired six-time NBA All-Star Paul George from the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, forward Danilo Gallinari and the Clippers’ first round draft picks in 2022, 2024 and 2026, along with two first-round choices via Miami (2021 and 2023), and OKC obtained the right to swap first-round picks in 2023 and 2025, it was announced today by President of Basketball Operations Lawrence Frank.

The draft has a lot of randomness/missed expectations in it, drafting is hard and there's a fair amount of luck involved.Curry wasn’t even the most hyped pg in his draft class.
That was rubio
Rubio was a “next” on espn
lol who cares… The point is Minnesota should’ve drafted Curry.Curry wasn’t even the most hyped pg in his draft class.

C’mon, really?!?!No one is disagreeing with you, I'm just saying there have been more hyped players pre-draft. Like a kid named LeBron for example. Zion too.
Nash on Simmons: 'Don't care' if he never shoots
Brooklyn Nets coach Steve Nash lauded Ben Simmons' versatility as an "incredible playmaker" who is a "great fit" alongside Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.www.espn.com
I feel like I've heard this somewhere before.
Lol, nobody did. And I bet she’ll agree with with meDamn really?
Getting popcorn ready.

I have been on the Dame train since College.
Had many, many arguments with @WiggyRuss on Dame > Kyrie.
Yeah, that was a weird flex.I'm a pretty big CBB fan, not just the big conferences. I started hearing about Lillard before the start of his senior season. And when Weber St. played at N. Colorado I went to that game just to see him.
Obviously nobody knew his career would turn out like this. But plenty of people knew who he was his last year in college. Pretty sure he was a top 10 pick.
I thought he was a really good player but nothing like you swooning over him. I'll never forget his game vs Portland State when he scored.....I think 44 or 45 points?Lmfao
People who watch College basketball did.
That would be the vast majority of us.
