The Sixers don’t have the ability to trade any of their future 1sts.
This is why the Sixers just don’t match here. Tobias is a solid match with post Kyrie/KD Nets because of how well he and Simmons play together. Maxey is a good young player with upside potential. Thybulle is a role player with an elite NBA skill. But if the Nets are out, they are trying to recoup picks sent to Houston. Sixers can’t move the needle at all on any of that.

Welp...

It might be time to move on.

The fat lady might not be singing.

But, that bitch is definitely doing her warm-up exercises.

Quite honestly, I always thought that Kyrie was a bigger headache than he's worth...

I would normally say this is good news for any team in trade discussions for Kyrie but the Lakers have Russ

Yep, I'd also add that if a team is depending on a guy that far down the roster to make a difference in games...their season is lost anyway.

Only thing is the have had to depend on guys that far down the roster for 2 seasons in a row.

Fournier and Toppin is an awful return for players, no surprise they turned it down

It is about the picks.

Ainge is stupid to turn that down unless the future picks were highly protected.

Because, the Knicks organization is a mess and Donovan Mitchell isn’t that good.

That is more compensation than they should be getting.

Sometimes teams ask for way too much because they don't want to trade a guy (Durant for example). But if someone is stupid enough to do it...

I agree he is greddy af. So he wants 5 instead of 4? I mean is that really the gap right now? I guess protections could be the gap. I’m sure he mainly wants future picks but I bet he wants one young player with potential too.

Nah, not yet. Wait that shit out until like the start of preseason games. The Nets aren't gonna do anything until the Durant stuff shakes out anyway, One of those sides, Durant or the Nets, will budge before the season starts and you can move on then.

Problem with Russ is, he never gets hurt LOL

Lakers wish they could just switch his health with AD
I was watching Locked on Pacers podcast on YouTube and the host believes the Pacers are more than ready to get a Westbrook deal done, if Turner doesn't agree to a favorable contract extension.

* which I'm kinda surprised that extending him is even on the table . But, I guess since he's only 26*

But, they want both picks.

The host also said the plan is to John Wall Westbrook.

That is the actual phrase be used.

Russell would lose his shit.

You'd think they would rather buy him out.

Yeah, it's someone with a different story every day. On Cowherd yesterday, he said that it's reported that the Nets have said they don't trust Kyrie. And as I've mentioned before...KD supposedly wants Nash and the GM fired. They are both still with the Nets. They're going to want to resolve that before they worry about Kyrie.
