Darvin Ham could be described as a "hot" candidate. There wasn't a lot of coaching turnover this year so he's not as in demand, but he's widely respected in the league and for the last year or so has been regarded as a potential "next great head coaching candidate"

Interesting. Picks can be added, correct (pretty sure we did in the LM deal). Can teams trade a sign and trade player to the other (as would be the case with Sexton and Lavine)?
