Yeah,

He still has too much upside to take a Clarkson level 6th man contract.

He might prove that is his long term value on his NEXT contract, but not right now.

I would be shocked.

Maybe after Memphis beats them KAT can come back at him

Have to admit Draymond is right.

So not only fans like myself noticed this new fake KAT but players did as well

I agree, not sure a guy still in the playoffs should be commenting though. He is a Barkley wannabe though, but Barkley never would have done that. If it’s your team that eliminates him it’s a different story.

I’m trading him at that price
Regardless of money, I’m already thinking sign and trade for him. Maybe I’m wrong but I think Sexton like Garland needs the ball in his hands. Not sure he’s a natural off ball player. I would try a sign and trade with that $20 million level to add some role players around what they’re building.

I'm over 40, so drama is not in my vocab. Lakers, though, should try to hire a Pat Riley clone. 80's obviously worked for them, but the NBA is radically diff now.

Depends who they can sign and trade him for. Doubt there is much out there and he is coming off an injury

Of course you are. You would trade him for Nunn and picks

Yup. I’d preserve my max space if James wants to make one last return

I’d have my young core locked in with a lottery pick this year taking his first year lumps before James got there AND two more juicy picks to make available to make a big move if the team plays like it can and justifies the investment

There are also few teams with cap space, meaning if they wanna get an impact guy they gotta make a trade

Sixers are locked in at guard with Harden/Maxey but I’ve seen enough that I would do 4 for 90 million. What about a sign and trade for Buddy Hield? I think Sexton may work well next to Halliburton.
