At some point, Fletcher needs to think outside the last-10-years-box. What happened in that decade cannot be the template going forward for choosing coaches as well as players. If he doesn't, the future will be the same shit-show.

If ya flippin don't have a clear idea of what or whom you want to progress the franchise into a "new" direction and you are making an ideal list, (which is a ridiculous, useless activity at this point, if you are sort of winging it), than the "suck" is assuredly going to be the modus operandi going forward. Ryan Strome or Andrew Copp at least one of them will have to go as Fox goes from 900K to 9 million next year.

I would like to propose a trade of Prov for Nylander. They need defense we need offense and the both make about the same amount
