Not sure how Ristolinen could be any worse for the Flyers
Listened to a bit of the US v. Latvia game. Announcer compared him to LeClair. An opponent's perspective on Gauthier, a Flyers prospect who doesn't go away
Against Nate Leaman’s Providence Friars, Flyers prospect Cutter Gauthier showed his determination and “elite” release. By Jordan Hallwww.nbcsports.com
I watched the whole game and in the first period he just glided around and i was so pissed it was like watching JVR all over again. In the second and third he was moving his feet and looked like one of the best players on the ice. I was impressed with his game he is definitely not afraid to shoot and has a blast. He plays first line LW and the OVI spot on the first PP. He doesn't play the PK. Overall it was a very good appearance. I heard the LeClair comparison and hope he turns out to be 80% of the point getter LeClair was.Listened to a bit of the US v. Latvia game. Announcer compared him to LeClair.
Added to the ills on a losing team is also bad luck. Our up and coming top goalie prospect got sent to Siberia.Being on a losing team seems to exacerbate the incidence and severity of injuries. They also seem to snowball more readily. I guess winning does indeed cure a myriad of ills.
