Take out Wade and Bosh, Kyrie and Love, Davis and Rondo/Kuzma….

What is Lebron?

Take out Shaq and Phil, Phil and Gasol….

What is Kobe?

Take out KAJ and Riley….

What is Magic?

Take out Kerr and Klay, Klay and Durant, Klay and Draymond…

What is Curry?

See how stupid this is?

Yeah, I mean, what he said isn't necessarily wrong, but it's stupid because it implies that MJ was the only all-time great who ultimately needed a coach, a Robin and a solid group of role players.

Also, I didn't see when he made the quote, but if I had to venture a guess, it was probably part of a GOAT convo.

It was a needed win so we didn't lose ground....
Lose ground on what? They’re a play in team. The Jazz have quit, the Blazers have quit to the point where they’re looking to put Dame in moth balls. The Pelicans are an injured shit show. Who would they be losing ground to?

NOLA gonna pull it out.

Thunder already won.

Lakers in another must win.

Davis needs to pulverize Carter and Banchero.

Dennis has to get into Fultz jersey.

Beasley needs to hit his shots.

Everyone needs to make their fricking freebies.

Hillbilly Kobe for MVP!!

Pels and OKC won....those are the 2 teams they would have dropped a game to had they not pulled it out

He slowly improved all season....I remember when somebody called him a trash player.
Me! He’s a one way specialist forced to play a different role for a bad team. But I love this energy! Keep propping up fluke trash that would be the 7th or 8th man on a real roster. If Lakers brass feel the same way the LeBron window is closed.

Fine with me, but they'd have to balance the regular season schedule.
Looks like it’s still 8 East and 8 West. Lack of balance actually hurts the East teams as they’re playing the tougher schedules this year. For example, the Nuggets have played .711 ball vs the West and .592 ball vs the East.

He's not a one way specialist. He's a smart player that makes the right play at the right time more often than not and can defend his position better than many of his teammates. That could be faint praise, but who defends in the modern NBA, a dozen players or so?

If you don't balance the schedules to be equal games vs East and West, then it should stay as it is. I don't care who it favors today, it needs to be an even playing field for an overall seeding like that.

Miami 19-10 vs the west. Would love more games vs the west

Yep. Sixers 29-15 vs the East .659 winning percentage. 19-7 vs the West .730 winning percentage. In the West, the Heat playing a heavy East schedule would be in the mix for home court in the first round. Probably even better if they played a West heavy schedule.

Kings are 27-14 vs the West and 16-13 vs the East. .659 vs the West .551 vs the East.
