Packers have to actually agree to it. Rodgers basically has no leverage. If I'm GB, its so late in the process that its ride or die with your current plan.

GB does need a CB badly, though. Surtain could be part of a package to GB but I can't imagine the team letting go of a SB run with Rodgers to get said package.

Yeah I’ll believe it when I see it, but removing the Saints and Packers as contenders, Buccs will sleepwalk to another SB
