Apparently the plan for teams in the NFL is to just build talent and then wait for a franchise QB to 'get upset' and leave the depleted team for a super team.

Best pick so far. I mean Lawrence doesn't count since it was #1 overall and a lock.... Sewell at 7 to the Lions who now have one of the worst QBs under pressure (but is decent given time)? No brainer. And if they move on from Jared Goof I'm sure the next QB will be thrilled.

Decker is decent, but Sewell can fill in for their RT Crosby who is terrible.

Having nice stats doesn't mean you'll translate to the NFL. Tim Tebow was one of the greatest college QBs in NCAA history. He was out of the NFL pretty quick.
