It is draft day. Today is the day the Dolphins get another chance to take a step forward as a franchise and find their QB of the future.

Multiple picks in the first round again for the Dolphins. Hopefully they don't screw it up this time.

The Fins have Tua and Brissett on the roster. They aren't looking for Tua's replacement this draft. Also they would have stayed at 3 if they wanted a top QB.

The Fins have two first round picks in 2023. You can hope for a new QB then however Tua is being given the time he needs to prove himself and probably will.

Are you planning to make this thread all about Tua? The Fins have draft needs at other positions that we can discuss and that would be more interesting.

I am thinking the Fins get a pass catcher also with the first pick. I am thinking either running back or pass rusher at 18.

It would take a first round pick this draft at least for a team to add X in a trade. The Fins realize how much talent that he has. He is one of the best in the league at causing turnovers. It would have to be an offer that the Fins can't refuse.

Jalen Phillips with our second pick in the first round if not Rosseau , both of the Canes. This team is going to need the defense to carry them again to be relevant.

I'm hoping for either Pitts. Chase, Parsons or Sewell depending on who they like most and of course who's left. If they don't like one of them i hope that they trade back a bit and take one of the next wave of players as I'd expect these guys to be gone. Possibly Parsons slides a bit but can't count on that. Go Fins!

That's just Paolo's thing I know a few others that would take a traffic cone instead of Tua. I was ok with Herbert or Tua but either guy deserves a full offseason and I expect Tua to be the guy when the smoke clears. He's a pro and has succeeded at all levels he's the least of my worries. Even if they don't draft a 1st round WR I think they'll be ok as they already added Fuller and Wilson will be back. RB's are better too with more experience. Oline should be better with experience. The draft will only improve those areas even more.
