But he's had some bad games in big situations on multiple occasions. I'm not saying he isn't a good playoff performer. Players are judged by playoff success right? He hasn't had much.

What is your definition of success? Are we going to act like Harden didn't play in the same conference during the dynasty Warriors era?

The 2019 2nd round defeat was a defeat but outside of that, I would say he got Houston as far as they could have gotten most of the time

I go by his actions, maybe he will change this year. He has had win or go home games where he took 3 shots and looked completely disinterested. That stuff doesn’t just go away, you have to do something to make it go away.

Those issues were pretty much from this season when he wanted out of Houston. While I agree with you that doing what he did to get out of Houston is unacceptable, he hasn't had the same issue in Brooklyn.

not following standings all that closely (other than knowing a lot of teams bunched up).....why are hawks mad? will it affect my FD lineup?

They will not have HCA in round 1 and yes it will most likely. No need for the Hawks to play as they're locked into the 5 seed now

Yes it is a good draw for the Knicks.

Also makes for a good Miami-Milwaukee matchup now in first round which should be great. Can the Heat knock them out for a second year straight?

I got his playoffs numbers up now lol. The guy been amazing. Sure he has games or quarters where he play poorly but break it down by the series and hard to find something to bitch about unless you hate him for some weird reason

You need to look at more than the stats. His disappearing acts have been pretty well documented. Let's not pretend they aren't or that he's suddenly some playoff stud.

If you score 30 in a game but can't hit a shot down the stretch when your team needs you to take over and you lose...you didn't have a good game.

And I said he had bad games/quarters but what we're not going to do is act like he is a disappearing act for an entire series.

His playoffs numbers are fine. As I said before he doesn't take his game to the next level but he performs basically how he does in the regular season.

I never said he was a playoffs stud but this narrative that he always disappears is a lie

Hoping the Wiz beat Boston.

I would prefer Boston over them if I'm Philly or Brooklyn

Playoff success. How much of it has he really had? That's how I look at his career. Great player. But comes up short in the playoffs. Is that an incorrect way to sum his career up so far?

Knicks fans have to be ecstatic...not only make the playoffs but host the Hawks.

It's weird seeing them back in the playoffs, been a long time. And hey, no Browns jokes! If Thib's doesn't win COY get rid of the award.

Just trying to figure out why we expected Harden and that Rockets team to beat the Warriors. Houston never had a championship caliber roster IMO. They had a roster capable of deep playoffs run but that's it
