Why did Portland trade Trent in the first place? He always looked great against the Lakers.

Probably thought he was expendable and that Powell fit more of a need.

He was damn good in Toronto but I still wouldn't have made that move

He avg just under 20 PPG on 50% from the field and 44% from 3. Now in Portland, he is down to 44% from the field and 34% from 3.

Trent gave Portland 15 on about 40% from 3.

He is basically doing what Trent did but isn't as effective and there is an obvious chemistry problem that wasn't there with Trent.

Coach of the Year is actually pretty tough this year because Nate McMillan is making a hard push for it. It'll probably go to Thibs but between him, Nate, and Monty Williams, that's a really tough call
