But honestly, I don’t think so.

He needs the ball in his hands and he is a poor defender.

Wiggins in theory could someday be a decent defender and be a role player without the ball.

But that isn’t who he is today.

Russell is a combo guard who can handle the ball and shoot....Oubre and Wiggins not so much.

Obviously I agree with you but gaining a first rounder is huge. If they had Klay this team build makes more sense. It makes much less sense without klay and adding Oubre.

I believe Oubre is a UFA so they very likely deal him imo

Wiggins and Oubre fit okay. They just aren’t very good.

I agree. There are very few teams that Harden would work on, imo and the Nuggets are not one of them.

yeah. Their biggest problem would be their top 3 guys are all meh defensively

I could see them getting a 7-8 seed if things work out but not much in playoffs.

GS doesn’t even need to dump Wiggins full deal. They just need to cut down enough salary that ownership will let them use the MLE next offseason

Guessing many players who are not stud defenders could be as it all comes down to athleticism, desire and smarts. Most are athletic. Think you need athleticism and at least one of the other 2 to be an elite defender. Preferably both.
