Dan Patrick is saying that he has a couple of sources who say that the Nuggets are in the James Harden sweepstakes.
Not sure that's a good idea for them.

Saw a rumor the other day, they would have to give up Murray and Porter Jr. Uhh no thanks. I'm not sure Houston would want anyone else but Murray, not sure if they would want both Murray and Porter Jr. but no way am I doing that.
Maybe Houston just wants the main piece to be Porter Jr but he is making $3.5M and the Nuggets big salaries are Murray and Jokic. I don't see a trade working. Denver is not trading Murray so maybe a deal like this but I really don't like Harden on this team. They would probably have enough talent to win a ton of games but I think Denver should just stick with what they got.
Harris $20M
Porter Jr $3.5
Barton $13.5

Agree with all you said.....Russ would fit better right now than Oubre and Wiggins IMO.
But, an optimist would say its early....
Russell is a better fit 3point shooting wise and he can play next to Steph.Russ is a terrible fit.
Wiggins and Oubre fit okay. They just aren’t very good.
Breaking news: Selfish asshole.Dan Patrick just reported that the NBA is investigating video of James Harden in a strip club. If the video is determined to be recent, it's a violation of the NBA's Covid-19 protocols and would put his availability for tonight's opener in jeopardy.
If it is recent, why would anyone want him at this point?
Bad News: Warriors got curb stomped.
Good News: I didn't get to start watching the Warriors game until late in the second half.
Can't give too much insight but from what I read looks like Wiggins, Oubre and Paschall all had really terrible games. Steph was ok, too. Bright spot would be Wiseman obviously. Pretty impressive first game for him, considering he hasn't played competitive basketball in over a year.
Draymond will help, but the team needs to find a someone who can consistently shoot the ball, especially when Steph is on the court. Wiseman should help, but he's still just a 19 yr old rookie. One guy that needs to find time in the rotation is Mulder. He can flat out shoot the ball. Doesn't do much else, but he'll be a net positive.
Lost a game to a team many have pegged to represent the East in the finals, so I'm not panicking yet. I think we'll get a real indicator after 8 games or so.
