The Spurs about to improve to 8-6 with an impressive win over the Blazers.....Lilliard with an bad shooting game.

The Spurs are a team that could be in the playoff hunt this season, unlike last year.

Lillard shot over 43% which is normal for him. Basically what he's been doing for his entire career

I am cautiously optimistic about the Re-build/Re-load

The Spurs have a giant stockpile of of young talent, and it is mostly locked down with good contracts.
The Spurs also have a bunch of veterans like Derozan Gay, Aldridge, and Mills who have current value and trade value.

They could try and ride it out as is.....
Or if it goes completely sideways, they have a lot of assets to trade with attractive expiring contracts for vets to get more young players.

Regardless, there seems to be good solid options for the future planning.

True.

You'd want to unload Aldridge?

You act like wearing masks and social distancing is 100% effective.

It isn’t.

These players are traveling every week and living life on the road. They are around new people every single day.

Even if they do everything right and take every precaution, they can still get sick.

Now, I am sure many have not taken every precaution, but not fair to assume everyone who has tested positive has gotten sick due to negligence on their part.

So whats the reason why the teams in California haven't been affected yet? Is it because the states mandates are preventing players from doing dumbass things?

USC vs UCLA should provide good entertainment......:)

They are both 11-2, UCLA is in 1st in PAC at 7-0, USC is 2nd in the PAC at 5-1 and they both are currently on 6 game win streaks.

Yeah, it should be decent. lol

UCLA doesn't have a star/stud like Mobley but they are a scrappy team.....Mick Cronin was a really good hire.

Yeah, I've watched some of their games. They have very little "flash" in their game. They just go out there, play good, fundamental basketball and wear teams down. They play more like John Wooden's teams than any of their teams that I've seen since John Wooden.
