It seems like if Sexton was traded OKC would be the destination. It doesn't make sense to trade him for only draft picks so there would probably be players included from both sides. Kinda leaning towards no Sexton trade to this point though.

They are probably trying to get rid of that Kemba contract as well.

The Thunder are trying to move Walker but if they have to they are good playing him and letting him increase his value like Horford did. It would not surprise me to see him moved tomorrow though.

They've now reportedly offered Kuzma, Trezz/KCP and the 22nd pick for Buddy

I like them trading Kuz and Harrell or KCP for Hield and the #22 fror Shamet.

Posting Love makes zero sense.

LeBron wants the lane open so he can have wide driving lanes.

AD wants the lane open so he can face and attack or post on occasion.

The reason that the Lakers best lineup had AD at the 5 was because the floor constantly spaced and those stars had room to operate.

Now you want to take that space away to post up a 40% 3 point shooter?

The Sixers aren't getting a Harden level package. Morey knows that. He's just trying to set the market high.

Honestly, Love would be a great fit on the Lakers if he could stay healthy. Play him at C and AD at PF and tell him to play close to the basket, score 15ppg or so and rebound the ball. He's played with James so that's a nice plus. Not sure what we would be able to trade to the Cavs....

Why

Because if you’re going to blow away Morey with a Simmons deal, he’s going to take it. That’s the only reason you can move him from a patient approach waiting out how Beal and Dame shake out. As long as Ben Simmons is on the roster, the Sixers can be involved in that. As soon as he goes, they can’t compete with those potential deals vs other potential suitors.

He may start the season with the Sixers but he will be dealt before the deadline. His timetable is linked to the Beal/Dame timetable and how that evolves.
