Have to say not sure what to make of the bulls eye from someone regarding your comment who is helping to keep it going.

James Ennis a possibility for the Lakers.
I like it. 6'7 combo forward for small ball lineups. Not the small ball center I'm wishing for, at least I don't think he has that in his past, but an interesting potential addition.
We're stuck with Gasol, Howard and AD in the 4th quarter at C.I like it. 6'7 combo forward for small ball lineups. Not the small ball center I'm wishing for, at least I don't think he has that in his past, but an interesting potential addition.
lol
Look at JR tryna get a golf scholly.
Seems like a solid player as a 7-9th guy where I expect is where LA needs him.I like it. 6'7 combo forward for small ball lineups. Not the small ball center I'm wishing for, at least I don't think he has that in his past, but an interesting potential addition.
You don't know Philly trades Sexton or even that the Cavs would not have if offered what they wanted. But Philly was not trading MCW or Jrue just to trade them.
if you call finishing with the 4th worst record, 2nd worst record, 2nd worst record as mediocre- i can only assume its because you are a Wizards fan. lol.
you think they could have done worse than 4th worst, 2nd worst, 2nd worst record? lol.No, what I am talking about is topping out as a 4 or 5 seed.
Which has been the last 40 years for the Wizards.
And almost always because they never take the time to have a few years in a row of being really bad.
You know, like the Cavs have done.
MCW for sure i agree withNot getting into semantical bullshit and making shit up with you. Based on how the Sixers handled players not named Embiid and Simmons, it's not even a small reach to assume they would have moved on.
No one said that they traded MCW and Jrue just to trade them. They traded them because they weren't players you build around. They're players you add.
Easy there, tough guy. It's also not much of a reach to say they moved on from MCW as they just didn't see much in him (but still got a #1 pick), and Jrue because they got a haul in return with a top 6 pick AND another #1. Might they have thought the same of Sexton and/or garland? Sure...but also possible they hold on knowing it's hard to win with young, small guards AND they might become pieces well, not to build around, but to add to and find a star later. Not getting into semantical bullshit and making shit up with you. Jrue is pretty damn good.
No disagreement there, but you are allowed to get the best player after his #2 or #3 guy. Likely what they do had they not been offered a top 6 pick and another #1 for Jrue.He absolutely is, but he's still a guy you add. He may be the first guy you add...but he's still not who you build around.

I mean- i just dont know what to say to that. 4th worst, 2nd worst, 2nd worst seems about as bad as you can possibly control with plenty of other teams tanking- esp. in the West.
not only that- but- as you keep ignoring for some reason- the difference between say 3rd and first is hardly at all any different anymore.
@tlance
its just funny--- "they should have tried to be worse than 2nd worst, 2nd worst, 4th worst"----- which is practically impossible to be worse than--- while also ignoring the fact that its practically irrelevant anyway with the changed lotto odds.
really just the height of stupidity and clutching to a really stupid argument that has been systematically dismantled with nothing but pure common sense.
