Not sure why he'd care about his own trade value but possible the Cavs were thinking this and willing to risk the chance of injury.

seems the people who scout him, coach him, etc. think more than those here. But what would they know, right?

To be of interest to a better team? He's been hurt a lot, he didn't play a lot last year...he may want to move to a better situation, but there may not as much interest as he'd like.

He also has always seemed like a pretty good dude and it seems like the Cavs have been pretty good to him, maybe he wants them to get something of value back for him?

If he does improve his trade value...you guys might be able to get Snell for him.

I don’t get it but nobody pays me to be a GM either. I don’t see the value in pairing Luka with another player that needs to be ball dominant to be effective.
