He apparently wants to play in LA also. I don't know the Clippers salary situation, but it seems like if he wants to be in LA and chase a title, that may be the way he has to go.
I really think the league should allow the Lakers a 20 man roster, would help with the participation trophy’s.

Lou said picking between the Bucks & Pacers will come down to which city has better strip club wings.
Hey it’s easy to find a good strip club, or good wings. But both? You can’t pass on that.

Right after his strip club incident I started calling him Lou hot wings Williams. I don't remember which show I saw this on, probably the Jump, but someone called him lemon-pepper Lou. Guess those were the flavor of wings he was eating.

you'd be willing to pay $17 mil but not a little more than $20 mil? I mean, we'd be over the cap either way so what's the diff, really? also, isn't cap supposed to explode in 2-3 years?
The FO knows more than I do but 5-6M/year can be a big difference in the big picture for the next 3-4 years. What if Toronto offered him 4/$90 and like $50M guaranteed? Just an example, is JT worth that even if he turns out anything like Rudy Gobert? I’m not sure but that’s why I said north of $20M bc it is probably something the FO has to think about a bit more with that price doesn’t mean they won’t pay him. $16-$17M/year is no brainer, bring him back.

Either way I think they get it done, I think the Cavs FO loves the future of JT & Mobley backcourt combo. Both guys can protect the rim, athletic, guard the pick n roll. Mobley seems like he can tranform into a big wing like AD but we will see. @dtgold88

JT?

also, in NBA entire contracts are usually fully guaranteed.

But, sure, hoping it's somewhere in the $15-20 mil range

Not sure why I said JT lol. Maybe bc his role is like TT’s. He will be that sort of player for the Cavs and they gave him $16M/year. JT os a better rim protector too
