Well they did bring us a championship, and that was something. You can't expect to get titles every year

...and I don't. I don't see much leadership though, with no proven track record to point to. The tanking/rebuilding years had some bad mistakes (giving terrible contracts to questionable vets, then dealing draft assets to get rid of them). All was good though until this season (considering that injuries affected the two out of Lebron's 3 previous years that didn't end in a title), when the choice was made to double-down with Westbrook. Pursuing a 3rd "superstar" doesn't make much sense when your options are so limited that you're considering Westbrook at this stage in his career.

Well, no, he isn't capable,**but he has never handled things like a man and has always been somewhat cowardly about it.** I do audits for a living, so I had to learn how to tell people straight, but politely what I need and when their records weren't straight...That is no an easy skill by any means

Not really the same thing. They were going to do it if he committed.

One deal being mentioned was for Deandre Jordan. Man would Altman be getting ripped had that deal gone down.....even though it was something Lebron insisted on to stay.
