Not career defining. He has 2 titles and would have 3 to 4 had he not tore his achilles/harden and irving injuries last year. It is career defining for harden more than anyone.

He could be the best player ever and that isn’t the problem. All depends on kyrie/harden, without one or both he isn’t winning shit on the Nets. I do think if they were to move Harden (not likely) but even giving them a better chance at this point but then you have to deal with crazy Kyrie sitting out 50% of games
