Love will go off the books. That’s an extra $30M
Love goes off the books after next year, right?

Not even sure it matters. Gonna be over cap regardless as will pay sexton (or get players back in a deal) then pay Garland, as well.Love will go off the books. That’s an extra $30M
4 of them at home. 2-3 wouldn't be awful but I could see them taking 3. Especially if LM/Love come back.1-4 or 2-3
Yep the final year of Garland’s rookie contract. Gilbert has no issues digging in his pockets but it will depend on what they do with SextonLove goes off the books after next year, right?
They don’t have LM, Love, Stevens and Sexton.4 of them at home. 2-3 wouldn't be awful but I could see them taking 3. Especially if LM/Love come back.
completely agree...unless someone just wows us (and doubt they would). Gonna need another guard whether Sexton stays or not.At this point, the Cavs could probably get a 1st for Rubio BUT I think he is too important to this team and if they keep winning…I would suggest they sign him to a deal actually. He is still only 30.

No doubt Bosh was really good. why I said no disrespect to him. Was more about how high I thought Mobley's ceiling might be.He’s bigger than bosh. That raises his ceiling a bit.
But people forget how good bosh was before becoming a stretch 4 in Miami
That’s why I said if they keep winning. Gilbert will play for a play-in team. Also depends on what a contender would give up for Rubio.I doubt he’s paying the tax for a non competitive team
OK...but they are sure playing like we can be a competitive team. No doubt Gilbert wants to prove he can win without Lebron. Can he? We'll see.I doubt he’s paying the tax for a non competitive team
someone likely answered but Ball?
Ball.
That was the choice at the time imo.

If they are smart they will sell high on Rubio as soon as possible. And this very well could be my last comment ever on the Cavs. That’s why I said if they keep winning. Gilbert will play for a play-in team. Also depends on what a contender would give up for Rubio.
why can't they be higher than 6-8? Could be a 6-8 this year and Allen, Sexton, Garland, Mobley, Markkenen (even Okoro) are anywhere from 2- 6 years from their prime years. Is he gonna pay the tax to be a 6-8 seed?
I’m dubious
That would be a surprise, especially with sexton out...what message does that send to the players? If they are smart they will sell high on Rubio as soon as possible. And this very well could be my last comment ever on the Cavs.
That you are smart and know Rubio can’t possibly keep this upThat would be a surprise, especially with sexton out...what message does that send to the players?
Keep what up? He's been solid, not great. Shooting % is actually pretty bad which I would imagine other teams know. Someone wants to offer a replacement and a #1? sure....have at it.That you are smart and know Rubio can’t possibly keep this up
It’s not like Rubio is going to be part of any team that can actually do much. Just saying if someone knocks they better answer.Keep what up? He's been solid, not great. You realize with sexton out it could backfire too, right?
No doubt about that last comment. He's far from untouchable. It’s not like Rubio is going to be part of any team that can actually do much. Just saying if someone knocks they better answer.
