This says it all...

Russell Westbrook said “top to bottom” on coming to L.A.: I just felt like I was never given a fair chance to be who I needed to be to help this team. – 4:57 PM Ryan Ward @RyanWardLA
Haha! They’re gonna fuck it up again next year is what this talk tells me.

So, the Westbrook vs Vogel rumors were true.

Westbrook said from jump, he was not feeling Vogel.

Kyle Goon: Russell Westbrook on what it was like with Frank Vogel: “I’ve never had an issue with any of my coaches before.” “I’m not sure what his issue was with me,” he said about Vogel, and said he felt like he was trying to prove himself to Frank throughout the year.

Hmmmmmm.....
The man couldn't hit ANY jump shot to save his life for the majority of the season. He was clanging 15 footers off the back board for cryin'-out-loud and this dumbass wonders what his coach's issues were with him? Good grief, this dolt lives in another Galaxy-his. He never played a lick of defense and he wonders what Vogel's issue with him was?

As Stephen A put it: "Westbrook, a two-time All-Star, couldn't hit ANY jump shot most of the season. It was only after they benched him late in the season did he actually make a few shots after James and AD spent time with him!!" LOL!!

Well…

That is because he thinks he needs to be triple double Russ with the ball in his hands constantly and LeBron and AD playing 2nd and 3rd fiddle.

Shocker!

Statistically speaking, he wasn't THAT bad. Other than free throw shooting his numbers were more or less on par with those he's put up throughout his career.

But he had misses and turnovers that I haven't seen in rec league games. lol

Well we shall see if they can get rid of the guy and hopefully get some talent in return.

Well, with a bit of luck he won't be on the team next season either.

It's a shame, I like him as a player, he just doesn't fit with this team.

Yeah, he basically showed what you and some others of us have said for years...He's an amazing talent that is fun to watch and no one plays harder. But end of the day, puts up a bunch of stats that don't lead to wins.

I've always called him my favorite player to watch play for someone else. I've always loved how hard he plays and how he won't back down from anyone or anything...but I never wanted him on the Lakers because of what we just saw this year...he's just not a smart player and because of that he can't adjust.

Russ is a great player to have on a losing team... he's exciting to watch (not as athletic as he used to be), always plays at full speed (even when he shouldn't), and sells tickets. Something that I've always found interesting about him is that, despite getting a lot of assists, he does not elevate his teammates' level. Quite the contrary actually.

If true the only reason is he hasn’t played for a coach that really challenged him, Scotty Brooks is a giant wuss.

It's his shooting which hurt the most on the team this year. He's great at getting to the basket but with a Lebron-led team, you need better shooters than Russ.

Some his ridiculous turnovers didn't help either.

Russ is what he is at this point. If he's not turning the ball over then he isn't playing aggressive as i would like
