Great addition! This kid is a tackling machine and will enjoy having those monsters up front drawing double teams so he can go in and make the tackle

We've talked about the trade-offs with offering a Prima Donna before so I won't get into that, but I think it does paint them in a negative light to a certain extent. After initially refusing to offer him, they changed their mind and offered him. Guess what happened? Nothing. They clearly changed their mind and want him now, but they decided that too late.

I somewhat disagree with WRs being a dime a dozen. Sure there are plenty of guys who have elite measurables who get a 4* rating, but the only two WRs to really make a substantial impact in the Petersen era have been Pettis and Ross. Part of it can be due to Browning's indecision, but it didn't appear that guys were very consistently getting open.

Yeah we can disagree on this topic personally I believe they only offered to the kid to calm fans down about offering in stat kids...

I don't think they care what the fans think when it comes to recruiting tbh and they shouldn't. I do think they do their due diligence and weren't sold on offering him until they did. Scott did commit very early on the process.

If they cared about fans getting pissed about not offering in-state kids, D.J. Rogers (TE) and Levi Rogers (OL) would have offers, Scott would've had an offer sooner and I'm pretty sure they waited a bit to offer Sam Adams II, but I'm not sure.

He has great size and with all the talent in Texas it wouldn't be surprised if the coaching staff saw something they like that could've been overlooked by the scouting agencies.

Well personally if the kid bolts for the Bucknuts I won’t lose a night sleep over it, dime a dozen these wide outs

Historic Oline class. Serious trench dawg beef. Love it.

Easily the best recruiting class on the offensive line we've put together in the modern recruiting era. It's already locked down now, but I would be extremely surprised if there is another recruiting class with higher rated offensive lineman.

It's unlikely they add a 5th commitment to the offensive line but I'd still love to see them offer Levi Rogers.

These are the four star offensive lineman that have been signed by Chris Petersen and their 247 rating. I'm stealing this from a comment I saw on UWDawgPound, but this is quite impressive:

2020 Myles Murao- 0.958
2020 Roger Rosengarten- 0.948
2017 Henry Bainivalu- 0.923
2020 Geirean Hatchett- 0.922
2015 Henry Roberts- 0.905
2016 Luke Wattenberg- 0.901
2014 Kaleb McGary- 0.897
2019 Julius Buelow- 0.896
2015 Trey Adams- 0.894
2019 Nate Kalepo- 0.894
2019 Troy Fautanu- 0.891

6 four star offensive linemen in the past two classes is quite impressive.

Now we need DB's ... such as Ayden Hector and Jacobe Covington.
Hector, Covington, and Esteen. Think we got a great chance at all.

There was some serious analysts crystal balling Covington to the Huskies the past week. He's got more visits lined up and says he wont be committing till October, but many believe we're in the driver's seat on this one right now.

Adams is going to be leading the PAC12 in rushing for at least 3 years behind the beef they have in house now and bring in...

*If their play design/calling improves to match that talent.

Well yeah. The Pac is a joke right now. With so many teams down and no dominating teams bringing the national spotlight to the region why wouldn't more high level talent be leaving? When a few teams stop being lame more will stay in conference again.
