Vince has been getting at it. He's leading the league in TFL's right now.

I am glad to see him getting field time. I think he's been criminally underused the last two years.

Agreed. The Mark Barron experiment was baffling last year. Every week he was exposed or a liability and they just kept using him over V-Will.

Vinnie is a very underrated player. He may have a athletic ceiling, but the dude is a dog. He'll lay it all out on every play.

Vince isn't good in coverage. They thought they needed someone who can do coverage, but Vince does everything else better than anyone they could try.

I hope they realize this now, and play him because of his strengths. There is more to the coverage game than guys who are doing the covering. If he's living in the backfield, that's affecting it too.

Agreed. But Barron was getting torched by FBs & TEs a lot. So really, he wasn't an upgrade in coverage at all.

Vince's presence in the box far outweighs any coverage concerns. I did, however see some interesting packages with Bush & Sutton lining up at ILB. Looked something like a 4-2-5 big nickel defense.

Edited the thread title to talk about the offense as well.

Dan McCullers terminated his Steelers PS contract earlier this week, and signed with the Bears.

Signed WR Cody White to the PS to replace him.
