It definitely happens. John Ross running a 4.22 completely changed his draft value for some teams. The Raiders used to be well known for taking athletes over football players. Every GM wants to think they can find that next true star and many times to be a star you have to be both athletic and great at football so they believe they have the right coaches in place to make that happen. More times than not that player busts.

The nice thing with a guy like Henry Ruggs is that he has shown he is more than just a speed guy. It is why he should be near the top fo the list for a lot of teams at the WR position.

I like that but do you draft him before CD lamb? I would not no way .

At 25 hmmm

wrong BSU guy rated that High. I will say this is good for him.

He must have done pretty well in one of the senior bowls and test great at the combine.

last I have seen he was a bottom feeder.

I was talking no Broncos fans ... this year no one seems interested in anyone in the draft at MLBer . I was just thinking that was weird.

Davis and Johnson proved to be competent at their jobs. I would add this just isn't a great draft for LB's early on. In fact draft history proves that LB is one of the hardest positions to draft consistently. It is why a lot of the great LB's in the NFL right now are midround picks. Worth waiting in my opinion.

So let’s say we take a WR in Rd 1, do any of them have real bust potential or are they all good and it just depends on how good they’ll be?

Obviously you could never say 100% before the draft of their first couple years if they don’t takeoff right away, but is there any standouts that could go either way?
