I watched him the last couple years in the Busch Series, he can wheel a car. Pretty sure he already has more top 10's than Hemric did last year in the same car.

We raced him when he was 9 years old, he could wheel a 500 outlaw kart pretty damn good at that time.

And before @BPNAZ comes in crying about Chase Elliott's luck, that was all on him.
I wonder if Chase didn't have a tire go down? They rubbed right before that and went Chase attempted to dive into the turn, it just didn't.

I was wondering if something was on the track. Top 3 all lost it there

No he didnt lose a tire. they didnt rub the right rear.
they both drove in deep, just Chase drove in way to deep but he knew if he let Joey clear him the race was over. So he drove it in hard & hoped for a miracle that it stuck & it didnt. He was already not gonna win. (unless he straight dumped him) All he ended up doing was make sure the 22 didnt win either.

Career win number 51 for Harvick. Broke a tie with Junior Johnson and Ned Jarrett on the all time list. 12th all time. Lee Petty and Rusty Wallace are within reach.

He'd also be a 3 time champ if the Chase had never been put in(2010, 2015 and 2016). He's got a pretty strong argument for being top 10 all time. Just makes you wonder how many wins he would have if he didn't waste so many years at a second rate team in RCR.

But with that said, typical Atlanta race with no action. Used to be there's be no action all race at Atlanta, and then it'd be an incredible finish, but it's been years since that's even been the case. Drivers love the track, but as a fan, it would be one that I would gladly trade for another short track.

Anyone that thinks these drivers dont put a lot on their bodies in these races, just needs to look at Bubba Wallace. Dehydration is a serious thing as well. they need to stick an IV in that guy stat.

Having multiple races a week probably isn't helping, and today was probably the hottest day we've had this year so far in Georgia.

They've got 500 laps in Martinsville Wednesday night too.

Remember when RCR surrounded Harvick with Jeff Green and Robby Gordon? LOL, God what awful teammates

Having a GOAT-caliber driver in Earnhardt followed up by a HOF-caliber driver in Harvick gave RCR an undeserved reputation as a top team.

and this is coming from someone that grew up in the Triad, where RCR is a big deal

I was an Earnhardt fan as a kid and I’ve been a Harvick fan from day one, so I’m still an RCR fan at heart.

I think Austin Dillon is better than he gets credit for, is definitely worthy of being a Cup driver, not an elite talent, but a driver that could have a career similar to Sterling Marlin if he were in better equipment, and I think Reddick is an elite talent who will win some races at RCR and then break out when he lands a better ride

I agree. Reddick is RCR's best driver. While I dont see Dillon as a bad driver. I dont see him as anything special either.

I don't think Dillon is anything special, but I definitely think he's earned a Cup ride. He was holding his own in the trucks and Busch, winning a bunch of races in each, and that was when the Cup regulars could enter as many lower division races a year as they wanted.

I don't think he's anything special, but I think he's a respectable driver. Someone who could spread out 10-15 wins over a career.

But Reddick is a wheel man. I think this is the best rookie class we've had in a while, and I think Reddick is the best of the bunch.

NASCAR is allowing 1000 fans at Homestead and 5000 fans plus motorhome viewing at Talladega.

What's the point?

So I saw tony Stewart and Kyle Larson run sprints a couple nights ago here in OK. It was damn cool to get out to some races. Larson is kicking some ass at the monent. Stewart isn’t running very well, he owns the series.

Larson is better than 90% of the drivers in the Cup series. He's better than Stenhouse and Preece ever thought of being, and him being signed to drive the 37 or 47 is really his only chance to get back since Brad Daugherty(a black man) co owns the team.

Been watching the weather forecast. Kind of surprised they're going to be able to get this started. Still likely they're racing to halfway if they can get that far tonight.

Bubba is having the run of his life tonight.

Also, Austin Dillon pretty well started the race 2 laps down after the blown tire at the start of the race, and he's still 2 laps down. Only 15 cars on the lead lap, and he hasn't lost a lap on track. Apparently he's got a fast car, but just fell in a hole. At the rate they're going laps down, he might still be able to get a top 15 out of it.
