Sturgill has more of a stage presence, but Tyler treated the big venue like he was still playing in bars, and I liked it

I had never throught of Pearl Jam being "cum"

but Dave Grohl has said if he had known they would get as big as they have, he would have named the band something a lot better than the Foo Fighters

I could be wrong, but Pearl Jam sounds an awful lot like a slang term fer Jizz.

Maybe they meant a "Rare jam session"?

yep, got my email yesterday about it...sucks.

and I had just added the Ohana Festival to my summer concert lineup (along with Echo & the Bunnymen). The three headliners are supposed to be Kings of Leon, Eddie and PJ the third night. It's not until the end of Sept so with luck, things will have settled down by then.

I remember reading somewhere years ago that they starting circulating that as a bit of a joke when fans would ask where the name came from, but that it's not really true. I have no idea either way.

I guess this is what I do now since there are no more concerts

The Stones are coming to Ford Field in June. If I can talk my wife or son to go with me I'll go, but otherwise probably not. Tickets go on sale in a few days.

They were going to kick things off in Vancouver, and I (and my family) was going to be there.

But it's been corona-ed......
