Would adding the DH to the National League help the Rangers find a trade for Choo?

In theory yes but no at this point

Heard no DH rule gonna happen this year so rule that out

Sure the Rangers have beaten down everybody’s door to find a taker with some reasonable return without eating most of contract. If people are not buying that aren’t buying

Or they have the wrong idea about needing to keep him around. Or they are asking too much for him. Sometimes deals aren't made because of the seller even if we are the sellers.

In the article, Wilson did point out that there was interest for Choo this winter. That was even reported at the deadline a year and a half ago.

Mass transit does need to improve but it is centrally located for all the people of the Metroplex being between Dallas and Fort Worth

Definitely I am speaking from a selfish standpoint. Dallas failed to step up. Just think about how it would be nice to ride a train to the game straight from work.

Tough to go home and make the long drive and get back late for my early morning starts. Wonder if the parking fiasco is a minor factor

Hindsight is always 20 20 but yes I really thought he would be above average defensively and now even guys like Machado and Harper in their prime struggle to get a long term high dollar contract.

Pendulum is finally starting to swing the other way. It’s been getting completely out of hand.

Pendulum is finally starting to swing the other way. It’s been getting completely out of hand.

Collective bargaining agreement will address this soon. This is why I don’t think Elvis opts out but do think he attempts to renegotiate

Used to live in GP and went to a church midweeks next door. My son and I would walk over and go to games late innings for free in several occasions. Now that was convenient

All before 911. That put an end to that.

Hope you were not in the flood zone. That is close. South of 30 can take you straight to the stadium avoiding the freeway
I moved over to GP to keep an eye on Mom when Dad passed, a bit further south but close. Was nice seeing all those random games. Was in the stadium when we first clinched during a loss
