I am hoping offensively there is a different approach to what has been taking place in recent years. Pitching is still going to be an issue while the FO won't change their approach there and we keep running these re-treads out there.

Probably won't see any pitching help from the minors for a couple of years or so. We do have high hopes there but FO will likely have to seek FA help. Saddles stays on top of pitching prospects. Has done a good job with them.

Hearn and Burke might be able to help a little earlier. We could begin 2020 with a rotation of Palumbo, Hearn, Burke, Hernandez and Mendez if we needed to. To me that would be a lot more exciting than our current one.

Sounds good if we got good returns on Minor (likely) and Lynn (not so much). Wonder if we resign Volquez

What do you guys think is the reason we continue to lose good posters from the board? Is it because the team has not been winning? Seems the numbers were larger during the WS days. Take a little time and see how many good posters have moved on. In my opinion it has hurt the board. Two of the latest to disappear are Ephland and Donaldson. Hate seeing this.

Been busy with work personally, probably post more once the season gets here and summertime too

I have never understood the reason to sign Lynn to a three year deal when we have so many good young pitchers coming up. If we had signed an ace then I could have understood that, but he is going to be in the way the last couple of years the same way Choo has been in the way.

Never underestimate the ability of a cheap pitcher to stink up the joint in Matt Moore fashion.
