I think they signed with the ultimatum of "No more shit. It's a clean slate but one strike and you're out". But then he couldn't shut the fuck up and sent those texts so they cut him. They told him to keep his head down and he couldn't do it

I heard that the date the money is due to be paid doesn't change the dynamics of it being owed, unless there is specific wording in the contract.
