Carr is better than Trubisky.
Carr's 14 games below .500 for his career. Trubisky's 3 games above .500 for his career.
After 2 season Trubisky was 15-11. After 2 season Carr was 10-22.

Carr is better than Trubisky.
Wouldn't upset me at all.....I think he can still play a role.....
agree, it's not just numbers but QBR that had him 4th as I'm sure you know is a bit more advanced than the more well known QBR.
Flacco? Come on.
According to an article I found on sportingnews.com (NFL qb rankings for 2019: best to worst, 1-32) these QB's are ranked lower that Trubisky (# 14).
-Garoppolo
-Stafford
-Cousins
-Newton
-Winston
-Mariota
-Darnold
-Jackson
-Foles
-Brissett
-Allen
-Dalton
-Fitzpatrick
-Carr
-Manning
-Flacco
-Murray
-Haskins
Here are guys I would definitely take over Trubisky:
Stafford
Cousins
Newton
Darnold
Murray
QBs in Trubisky’s tier, IMO
Jackson
Winston
Garappolo
Mariota
Carr
Foles
Allen
Dalton
Flacco
Personally, I think Trubisky is probably closer to the bottom of that group than he is the top, but I can see the case for the other side.
Not a Stafford fan (66-75 as starter & 0-3 in the playoffs). Winston? 21-33, no thanks. Jimmy G. How many games has he started, 8? Need to see more of him before I can give him any type of grade. Mariota? Can he stay healthy? Never started 16 games in a season. Carr? 32-46. Nope. Foles? He has ring to back his #'s up. Probably the best option of all QB's listed. Allen? Only in his 2nd year. Nope. Dalton? Hell no! Flacco? He's at the end of his career. No matter what Elway says.
So of the QB's mentioned the only one right now I'd take a chance with would be Foles. I think Trubisky will be as good as the talent he has around him. I think he'll wins games, but never be anything special.
Right.
My point is that if those players in the same tier played for the Bears, most would do as well or better.
Stafford is a solid QB (not great) playing his entire career for a poorly managed organization. Don’t think you can compare middle of the pack QBs by looking at win/loss records.
Great ones? Maybe.
So when discussing middle of the pack QB's going by their actual W/L record isn't a fair comparison? Alrighty then. Also I can't put a rookie (Murray) over a QB that's made it to the playoffs.
And I have a correction. I forgot to mention Cam. I'd take him over Trubisky.
Of course not.
You don’t think Stafford would have had a great record in a Chicago last year?
W-L record for a QB is vastly over-rated. QB is 1 of 22 starters on the team..Carr's 14 games below .500 for his career. Trubisky's 3 games above .500 for his career.
After 2 season Trubisky was 15-11. After 2 season Carr was 10-22.
(shake, rattle & roll!)
If he can still play & not be a liability on the court I see no reason the Lakers wouldn't pick him up for some bench depth. If they sign him what do you see him playing, 10-15 minutes a game?

Look at the supporting cast on both those teams. The Bears was better.Carr's 14 games below .500 for his career. Trubisky's 3 games above .500 for his career.

He played well in his final season with Miami. I cld see him getting 15-18mpg with most coming in the 4th.
Been saying Wade would end up on the Lakers .When James ended up here. Time may vindicate.
I got the Chefs/Jags & Rams/Panthers for the early games. Which means I'll be switching over to RedZone for some action as well.
#GoBrowns
I saw the TD on RedZone. Mayfield led the Browns down the field to a TD to start the game. But the kicking game is still an issue. Missed the PAT.
