yep, even got my Chiefs Priest Holmes jersey on. mostly hoping for no major injuries, though...

it IS just preseason, after all...

One of the previously mentioned FFL titles I won was because of Priest Holmes. Will always be a fan.

To be clear, Tristan has played on winning teams, but hes not a winner.

He was pretty much a double double guy, barely missed any games, was happy to do the dirty work. Yeah, he was a winner.

I don't know if the Lakers tried to trade for TT. And neither do you. I would bet the laker fans would not be surprised at all if calls were made to the Cavs to acquire him. Probably would make sense except LA has nothing they would offer in players (that the Cavs would want) and don't have first rounders they can move for a long time.

Is it your impression that if a guy was not traded to a team that team never spoke about the player?

and, no, I'm not arrogant. In fact, I'm not afraid to point out I don't know the answer to something even when some like the guy to which I replied gives his opinions as though they are fact...and do so in an extreme manner.

I should add I'm the one who, even though I have won a number of FFL titles, is willing to admit luck plays a huge role in it.

a little luck is only needed when you are going against guys who do not know what they are doing.

or when a poster makes a factually incorrect statement but I get called out for it. Like DJ did when he said I said fantasy sports is 100% luck.

Uh, oh....we are close to another major meltdown for you. If the Lakers did not call about TT it would only be because they know there is nothing they could offer for him. The idea they could not use a double double machine willing to play D and do the dirty work just proves your ignorance towards this sport you seem to love.

But even if they could not offer anything from their roster they are smart enough to know this and I'd bet they have talked (could be a 3-way deal). Would make sense for both teams if they could make something happen.

Seems even the Laker fans here know TT would be a great addition to their roster.
