So OKC's basically going to be a mediocre mess. Where's Wiggy to bash Sam Presti?

I can’t wait to see those two have a slap fight during the press conference after a loss where they accuse each other of being ball hogs.

Rockets all of a sudden back in it with some momentum

Shocked OKC took on a contract as bad and as long as Paul’s.

Maybe Paul will be moved as well.

I’m shocked. If this is true Presti stumbled. However, we didn’t see the offers from other teams.

It's going to be interesting to see if it can work.
It's a big swing for the fences by a GM who likes to gamble, who had to deal with CP3 wanting out.

It's a wide-open year for the first time in years and lots of teams are taking a shot. This is awesome on many levels.

OKC now has ALL the picks almost. Let's see what Presti does with them over the next couple years. I'd be excited if I were a Thunder fan @thunderc

I mean that’s not a bad team. Better then all but like 5-6 teams in the East. West is just so loaded

I mean

Paul
Sga
Roberson
Gallo
Adams

Really doesn’t make any sense though.

That's a shit lineup. CP3 makes them decent enough to be a team fighting and not making the playoffs. A majority of the picks they got are lotto protected. This, is the definition of mediocrity. At least Miami and LA have market to sell. OKC is a team that has to be smart given they don't have the market advantage. They traded one bad contract (even though Russ is still in his prime) for a guy with a similar contract (who's getting worst). No one is going to take that CP3 contract, and OKC's going to have to give up some of the assets it got to get rid of it.

I don't get this at all from OKC's perspective. It does make Houston must see TV but this is a bizarre trade
OKC is doing a teardown. They got picks for swapping big contracts. Now maybe they can do something with Paul

Oh no, the contracts of Reggie Jackson, Langston Galloway and Tony Snell match perfectly with Chris Paul's salary...you know OKC is gonna be trying to dump that deal

CP can be traded immediately.....

He sure can. Presti's going to have to dangle some draft picks though to want to take on that whale of a contract though.

I gotta say. This puts Houston back in real contention This is their window and it’s a trade that pushe then into real contention. Only type of rw trade that would make sense.

Rw, harden, gordon, tucker, capela is a nice starting 5 that’s for damn sure

Personally, I'm not seeing how Houston improved significantly. CP3 is not what he used to be, but he was still effective. Westbrook has the higher potential at this stage, but he's wildly ineffective. Also, he and Harden both demand the ball in their hands. Will be interesting to see how this works.

Nope. Differing of opinions. 99.9999999% of the country agree with me. But go and believe you're smarter than everyone else.

Wow, you were able to find that stat quick. Well, 99.9999999% of people don't include context in their analysis so they are misled to think all rings are equal. It's a common rookie mistake you have seemed to fallen victim to as well.
