i'm doing my best to destroy my functioning brain. how fucking shitty is brand at being an NBA gm? when he was played like a fiddle in the draft, he said it was for a reason, you'll see. only so many spots. when i heard the rumors the sixers were looking at horford i thought you have to be fucking kidding me, where does he fit in? I like him as a backup to embiid starting every third game or so, but on the court at the same time as the starting five? and that's before you throw on that ridiculous amount of money they're giving him. nice to see the sixers are still in the nba's front pocket moving from colangelo to brand.

You'd think if anyone would appreciate Al Horford, it'd be a Sixers fan.

Guy owned Philly in recent history... he could guard either Simmons or Embiid and put a damper on either one of them.

Any team with Lonzo Ball in their starting lineup is, virtually by definition, not stacked.

That said, they definitely look better than what I imagined a couple months ago.

Horford is one of the more versatile players in the NBA... he fits almost anywhere, and he absolutely fits with Simmons and Embiid.

For starters, Horford is a great shooter and spreads the floor... perfect floor spacing big, opening up opportunities for everyone else.
