Gave up our 4th and got a 5th from them

That's alot to give up to move up 4 spots.

For crying out loud, the Pats traded up to get the 87th pick, and they gave up a 5th this year and a 4th next year. How in the hell does that happen?

"Hey, we need your third rounder. We'll give you a 5th and a 4th next year. Deal?"

Freaking ridiculous the crap teams let them get away with.

What happened is we traded the 101 and 133 with NE to get their 97 and 162. That's how we got Evans at 97 and the third fifth round pick, the 162. How we lost our fourth rounder I don 't know yet.

They will probably end up trading back with the extra 5th rounders they have.

But alot of quality depth will disappear in the 4th and part of 5th before Rams pick again.

OK. The answer is right there. We traded the 101 and the 133 for NE's 97 and 162. The 101 was the last of the four third rounders. The 133 was our fourth rounder. We moved up in the third and picked up another fifth rounder which is the 162. NE played us again because they ended up with a boatload of picks and placed themselves in great positions to get good value players

So now we have no fourth round pick and the 162, 167, and the 169 of the fifth round which I hope we take Big Nate Davis at guard/center somewhere in the fifth or trade back into the fourth to get him.

David Long, CB Michigan has the best 3 cone drill at the combine and the second best 20 yard shuttle

Taylor Rapp had the best. Only 2 athletes under 4 seconds on the 20 yard shuttle

Rapp wasn't in the 3rd SJ, but I get your point.

You liked the first 2 guys in the 3rd.

I felt they didn't need to give up (2) 3rd rounders to draft a 3rd string RB who will sit behind Gurley and Brown. And what about Kelly? They just give up on him already?

Those other (2) 3rd's could've been starters or backups at other positions.
