What a bitch-ass signing by Cincinnati. Up-tempo, no defense coach. Im good.

To be honest, it's a relief. Had one foot out the door already. Now I don't have to babysit this lackadaisical program.

I guess that conference belongs to Houston or Memphis now. Maybe UCF? Wichita State? Eh, who cares. Not my concern anymore.

Moser has a job for life and it’s not like he is going to catch that lightning again. I’d say good choice.

LMAO, I saw they got turned down by Iona’s coach today. Why exactly did they part ways with Mullin?

From what I read, he and the admins didn't get along. The tipping point was Mullin wanted to hire Mike Rice (former Rutgers coach who was abusive towards players) which yeah, probably not the best move by Mullin there but it read like it wouldn't have mattered if he did that or not. They were headed for divorce at some point and that just happened to be the final thing. It goes back to what Hitman was saying, the St. Johns admin is a shitshow. In fact, the big money donor from VitaminWater that they brought in to try to lure in Bobby Hurley went on radio a day or two ago and basically said just that. Claimed its a mess and they need to hire a new president.

yeah, but he's a solid coach. 121-101 conference record at the P6 level.

Many CBB insiders think this would be a horrible hire by St. John's. Not because Anderson is a bad coach, but because he has zero ties to NYC and it would be a hilariously weird fit.

He has spent his entire career in the following states:

    Oklahoma, Arkansas, Alabama, Missouri

    lol

also, if I'm Anderson..I don't take that job. He can do better, IMO. There will be plenty of schools that would be interested in hiring a coach that has been to 9 NCAAT's + has a 55% winning percentage during conference play in the Big 12 and SEC.

Ahhh gotcha, I didn’t know all that. I’m not sure I would have hired mike Rice ethier. His videos really ago still look bad.
