Just awful.

I saw him on the Kobe piece Kenny Smith did for Kobe on 8/24 and thought he looked pretty darn thin. But I just figured he wasn't on that Marvel regimen where the actors get shredded. Now I realize the cancer and the treatments had him down to that. So sad.

Kobe still doesn't feel real. Whenever I see his pictures and such, its always a few seconds before my brain registers that he's dead. Or like when someone mentions his death like "the late great Kobe Bryant", I'm like "wait...oh yeah, he's actually dead. Man..."

Yeah, the Breonna Taylor case is a tragic accident. From what I've read there really isn't anything to punish the officers who served the warrant for.

They were serving a no knock warrant and were fired upon when they entered. There was no way for them to know they were in the wrong house.

What does need to be investigated though is where that info came from and how it was vetted. There could be some consequences for folks there.

Also there may need to be a conversation about whether or not no knock warrants should be used.

I think in the end, no knock warrants still serve a purpose - especially for drug/murder related suspects. But I do agree, there are lessons to be learned all the way up to the shooting on that one.
