sure he did.....but you don't know they don't still win if someone else takes his shots and that Towns' guy played well as well.

But, OK, we can all say he won the game for them. If you want to say they'd be 3-0 if he didn't fine, but make sure you take away wins for odd events that helped Miami.....like Jones going for 14 in 16 minutes.

I don't play the if and but game. Facts are Wiggins scored 16 points in the 4th and was the main reason they won last night. The NBA season is far too long to nitpick about the little things.

Heat weren't expected to go 82-0.

Wiggins was a +15 for the game???!!!

Herro looks pretty decent thus far. Its so early. rookies are going to be inconsistent.

as far as Garland goes- he has looked pretty solid. Thus far the 2 things that stick out about Garland to me are (i) his aggressiveness/speed breaking down a defense and (ii) he has a really pretty shot.

Nunn is the rookie who so far has really stood out.

Obviously other guys contributed to the win but those 16 points were clutch and propelled them to the win in a crucial time in the game...I think that is fair.

Vinatieri made a 51 yard kick to win the game. Doesnt erase what he missed earlier, but he still won the game for them.

This was really my only point of contention. Wasn't even whether Wiggins got hot and was huge in them winning. It was wanting to count it as a win if not for his outburst. That's fine, but make sure you take away losses for unexpected reasons.

Ideally.....but "game" is entire game. Not half the game. And Towns did more than score. Wiggins scored, had a few rebounds and did nothing else.
