NBA players are young and many like to socialize. Young, athletic men sometimes tend to think they are invincible.

I wonder what percentage of players are actually heeding the league’s advice and staying away from other people.

Season may not be lost.....FDA may be fast tracking a possible cure....

You talking about chloroquine? They don't know if it works or not and if it does, what dosage to use that is safe. They're currently testing it and even if it gets fast tracked, it still has to go thru at least some clinical trials. So at the very least, its a few months away

The clinical trials is the long part of this process. The NBA season resuming by no thing is a sure thing.

My wife takes Plaquenil (Hydroxychloroquine) for her lupus. I never get sick, but with her suppressed immune system, she catches damn near everything.

We were joking last night that this may finally be something that I'm more likely to catch than she is.

But yeah, even if they fast track it, this thing is likely to be over or mostly over before testing is completed on it. The one possible advantage is that it's a drug that doctors are already familiar with and know the side effects, so that may help speed things up.

To me I don't think NBA players are any different than the rest of the population. They're just being tested

I'd guess we are likely somewhere between 5-10 percent of the country having it

Big3 League will be playing in April for 3 weeks or so.....gonna try and get tHoop bookie to get some bets on those games.....
