All this game proved is the role players is going to determine the series winner IMO if/when they play.

Both duos went for 58 points.

Lakers got a huge 24 from Bradley and KCP was solid as well.

Clippers basically got nothing from Lou, Bev, and Morris.

Also, @Mecca thoughts on Reggie and Shamet only playing a total of 22 minutes?

all this game proved is the Lakers can hang with anyone as currently constructed...

we'll see if it's good enough for #17, though...

but hey, it was "monkey off the back" week for us...psychologically speaking...

Something has to give.

They should have sat Morris, once it was clear that it wasn't his day, and gone with a more traditional backcourt.

Right now George plays the 2.

I get not sitting Lou. He's earned the right to play like ass and not get pulled quickly.

Gonna be interesting to see how Doc manages that come the post Season.

But, Shamet getting 8 mins can't continue.

Yeah, for the Lakers to win, it has to be games like this one where they play about as well as they can as a team, while the Clippers have guys have off games.

It'll be interesting to see how Waiters fits in and how much, if any, difference he can make.
