Yup. I always been a fan of his game and we started seeing major improvements but got to stay healthy. Went from a guy who was terrible at shooting 3's in his first 2 years to a guy who shot the 3 ball at nearly 40% the last 2 seasons. I also don't think the Heat appreciated how he handled his injury this season.

Is Waiters a buyout possibility if not traded today?

Agree. Based on the way he's carried himself these past few seasons I doubt any team will give him a big money deal in the future. He needs to retain every dollar, IMO.
